Disappointing LULU Elektra street. I've been there a few times, usually for a grocery and vegetables, tea and or some occasional frozen meat or sandwich. The food seen in fridge is ok. Nothing special, but healthy cold, so you can use it only same day, because you can not freeze something that is only cold but not freezed. The place though clean it has too bad smell, not sure why, I had to buy few items since im already there and run away. little confusing that when you complain to the supervisor he don’t care, or answer you in polite way. The cashier particular the female one that I had to deal with was rude and talking back and throwing the food after scanning, I mean guys where you get your staff from, where is the customer service training? And when I complained to the supervisor about her, he took her side and she refused to serve after I complained about her, oh my God what is that? if you're buyer you should get good customer service or you would not go back.

The vegetable were dry and no smell, add to this they sell it higher than other hyper market prices
