One of the most beautiful rainforests in Thailand is located in the province of Trang. Southern Thailand is infamous for paradisal rain forests, islands, and beaches which attracts millions of visitors annually. The culture is still very much tribal with tribal beliefs that all living things are connected to nature, with the highest honor to the family. Mother Nature is a big part of the family connection, much like the first "Avatar" movie but unlike the film, Thailand has never had to give up the tribal family way of life. The culture was never forced to give up its spiritual beliefs and abilities. Our families were never torn apart through treacherous acts that are associated with diabolical colonizing ideals. One of those spiritual beliefs is the 3 ancestral spirits that the people of Trang still believe protects them and the town 'til this day.

2018 was my 6th straight year at the "Por Tha" festivals. One could say that the first 3 years of me attending was to see if the deserving person the year earlier, got their wish. Being it's my 6th straight year, I've been a true believer since my 4th year's attendance. My 2nd year was the most amazing festival for me because it was the rags to riches story with one of the elders. Since I joined blogging participate by articles. What the successful users do in blog to the ones who are struggling to . I should say that as much as I like to learn subject, I'm not entirely clear on how works most of the time.

Yes, today sharing another oats recipe, so into baked oats for its healthy benefit. Literally, I’d eat it for breakfast every morning

Needless to say, eating it make you full of energy I also that I’ve got some really new recipes that need trial and these almond vanilla recipe definitely baked oats just for any adult or kid

What I love about this recipe is that it’s a great way to prep ahead and have breakfast or snacks ready for those busy mornings.

If you’re into overnight oats or any other way of eating cold cereal then you might enjoy these cold. I’ll definitely eat this recipe cold sometimes and I really like it that way. Personally though, my favorite way to eat this recipe is hot and slightly toasty on top. Oh, and I love to pile on all the berries and fruit. Basically any toppings you like for a basic bowl of oats works well here.

Almond Vanilla Baked Oatmeal bescuit

Ingredients

250gm almond

1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 apple, quartered + seeds removed
4 teaspoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 teaspoons almond extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teapoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C) and line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment. Combine all the ingredients, except oats, in a blender or food processor and pulse until the apples are blended and the mixture is smooth.
Add the oats and pulse just a few times to combine then pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the top is golden brown. Cool for about 5 minutes before eating.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week

cats house clean it self

I have been using product for cats and kittens
My cat like it with no issue. And the thing is still running in right after all this hours.
I think recommending it is not really good idea
this product to other people with cats is not a must as it takes long time to set
they have the money to lose for no use
paid around $90 for it and thought it will do all the work , but I got a bad machine.
