- 4 chickpea flour
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp green and yellow chili , oil, for deep frying
- 1/2 cup flattened rice flakes
- 1/4 cup roasted bengal gram
- 1 roasted unsalted peanuts, 1 salt
Method
Mix the flour and rice flour and divide into 2 and ¼ mix, add salt water to make a thick dough
- Heat the oil Add the dough to when press and it will be deep fried. Fry over slowing heat and dough is used up.
- add salt, then a pancake like batter. over medium heat and drain
